Between Saturday 03:00–06:00 UTC, a Microsoft-initiated change caused a subset of our server-side workers to fail and restart. The resulting brief loss of worker availability impacted a small subset of customers across all regions, leading to mail deliverability issues, including NDRs for some outbound messages.
