MSI deployments (Outlook 'classic desktop' on Windows and Terminal Server) are currently on hold due to a new HSM compliant with FIPS 140 Level 2 or 3 requirements and unsupported hardware. No actions with existing MSI's are possible. We are trying to find a workaround on this issue and will provide updates along the way.

We encourage our clients who use legacy MSI deployments to switch to our modern non MSI Xink outlook add-in deployment.
